Overview We’re looking for aDigital, Data & Technology (DDT) Director to join our team. The DDT Director plays a pivotal role within Starcom’s Planning department, leading data-driven transformation for our clients.

You’ll work consultatively with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities and design data-enabled marketing solutions that accelerate growth.

Responsibilities You will play a key role in shaping the culture and capability of Starcom’s Digital, Data & Technology team while driving marketing effectiveness and growth for our clients. In this role, you will:

Contribute to the evolution of the DDT team as an industry-leading data and technology consultancy

Champion Starcom’s “Brave Plays” mindset, challenging existing ways of working and encouraging innovation

Collaborate across the Publicis network through the Power of One model to unlock the best solutions for clients

Inspire planners and clients to adopt new tools, processes and more data-driven approaches

Develop innovative, data-led strategies that accelerate client growth

Integrate brand, performance and commerce strategies across paid, owned and earned channels

Encourage experimentation and a test-and-learn mindset

Translate complex marketing challenges into clear, actionable strategies

Drive innovation across client work and contribute to new business pitches and strategic initiatives

Qualifications We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, curiosity and commercial awareness.

You’ll likely bring:

Senior experience in digital or data-driven marketing, ideally within a media or specialist digital agency

Expertise in data-led marketing strategy and performance planning

Experience working with complex customer journeys and understanding how data improves measurement and optimisation

Knowledge of broader marketing tools and disciplines such as CRO, CRM, web operations or retail media

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into compelling stories

Experience collaborating across teams and bridging strategy, planning and activation

A proactive mindset and passion for helping clients succeed
