Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Delivery

Retain, grow, and guide named clients by recommending and implementing tailored commerce solutions. Act as the day-to-day senior point of contact, overseeing strategy execution, ensuring measurable impact, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Strategy & Solutions Integration

Collaborate with Commerce Partners and internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies. Integrate current and emerging solutions into client roadmaps, leveraging data, insights, and analytics to drive business outcomes.

Growth & New Business Development

Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, contribute to new business pitches, and maintain robust growth pipelines. Set strategic milestones and revenue targets while ensuring profitability and adherence to pricing principles.

Marketing & Thought Leadership

Lead marketing initiatives such as case studies, research, expert content, and events. Promote team expertise internally and externally to strengthen the agency’s market presence and client impact.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

Foster a collaborative, innovative culture, supporting the learning and development of colleagues. Lead recruitment, career planning, and performance initiatives to ensure the team is engaged, skilled, and delivering at its best.

Operational Excellence & Governance

Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, maintain thorough records, manage financial processes, and follow internal charters and standards to guarantee seamless delivery of strategies and solutions.

Qualifications What are we looking for?

Demonstrable experience leading complex projects and / or client scopes to outperform revenue targets and deliver consistent growth. Extensive industry experience across the critical commerce levers e.g. Retail Media, Content, Data/Analytics, Shopper marketing/in-store, brand marketing/sales/trade) in a brand, agency or at a retailer environment

Excellent team management, with talent development experience across a range of levels and professional backgrounds

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrable experience in owning senior client meetings/relationships
