In our Product Growth Team, you’ll drive data-informed growth through high-impact experimentation that directly improves conversion and the end-to-end customer journey in a subscription business. What Will You Do? As a Senior CRO Specialist at sofatutor, you will define and implement growth experiments across the funnel from hypothesis to launch and evaluation. You will maintain a clear pipeline of experiments based on impact, effort, and learning value. Additionally, you will collaborate with design, engineering, and stakeholders to translate testing concepts into high-quality A/B tests while sharing insights for continuous improvement.
