HVAC Director
to lead operations, drive revenue growth, and build a best-in‑class team.
What You’ll Do As the HVAC Director, you’ll take ownership of operations and play a key role in scaling the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability
Oversee daily HVAC operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence
Implement systems and processes to streamline workflows and improve performance
Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs across operations and service teams
Lead budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives
Partner with sales leadership to execute revenue growth strategies
Ensure all service jobs are completed on time, within scope, and budget
Lead, coach, and develop field and office teams
Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of operations leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or construction
Strong expertise in
residential HVAC systems
Proven ability to lead teams and scale operations
Strong understanding of sales performance and revenue‑driving strategies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Data‑driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and operational efficiency
