JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a high-growth, privately held consumer products organization, is seeking its first Director of Strategy to help strategize and operationalize organizational objectives and drive toward a successful exit. This individual will be responsible for delivering quick impact on both the top and bottom line while working cross-functionally with the executive leadership team to drive meaningful change. As one of the most critical hires for the business, the ideal candidate will have five or more years of total experience, including at least two years post-MBA at a top-tier management consulting firm. Experience in consumer, retail or transformation is preferred but not required.
