Overview
The Director of Sales is a dynamic, high-performing sales leader responsible for prospecting and closing new accounts, while partnering with account managers to grow existing business. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in revenue cycle management and a track record of success in healthcare technology sales.
In this role, you will build and maintain C-suite relationships across your territory, support account management teams in identifying new opportunities, and actively listen to customer needs to develop innovative solutions. We are looking for someone who excels at contract negotiation, consistently exceeds sales quotas, and thrives in a relationship-driven, consultative sales environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales
- 2+ years of enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology sales experience (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Ability to analyze and manage large data sets in various formats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
