
Global Channel & Partner Execution Lead

- Lead and maintain regional execution for managed partners;
- Ensure consistent regional accountability and compliance with partner program requirements and execution standards;
- Monitor partner performance at scale, drive performance reviews and sponsor corrective actions in collaboration with regional leadership.
2. Partner Policy & Process Governance
- Own governance and ensure a unified execution approach of partner channel execution policy and processes across regions;
- Identify systemic gaps, execution risks, and deviations, initiating cross-regional alignment and executive-level escalations when required;
- Coordinate regional audits of partner-related and operational processes;
- Govern global reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks for partner channel performance;
- Provide consolidated executive-level insights recommendations, and decision support to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
3. Infrastructure & Operational Enablement
- Drive delivery of system and infrastructure enhancements supporting partner business operations;
- Translate strategic business priorities into clear, scalable requirements aligned with regions and corporate functions;
- Ensure delivered solutions achieve defined business outcomes and performance objectives.
- Contribute to Global partner strategy development with a strong focus on execution excellence and scalability;
- Establish and lead as a global center of excellence for partner execution best practices, and operational maturity;
- Advise internal stakeholders on operational implementation of partner initiatives.
5 Other
- Serve as global HQ authority and escalation point for regional execution topics related to partner programs, processes and infrastructure;
- Work across all over the world and focus on foreign markets;
- Support and coordinate strategic partner engagements, events, and executive partner interactions, ensuring alignment with global business priorities;
- Provide expert guidance on partner programs, operating models, execution maturity and transformation initiatives across regions.
Requirements:
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in management, economics, international relations, or a technical discipline;
- Master’s degree or executive education in management is an advantage.
2. Work Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in partner management, channel operations, sales excellence or commercial operations within a global IT vendor or technology company;
- Proven experience operating in a global, matrix organization.
3. Professional Knowledge and Skills
- Deep expertise in partner ecosystems, execution governance and performance management;
- Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in partner performance reporting, CRM/PRM systems and BI tools;
- Proven track record of leading cross-regional transformation initiatives;
- Solid understanding of international enterprise IT vendor operating models, governance structures, partner ecosystems and partner business economics;

- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive change without direct line authority;
- Structured, data-driven and execution-oriented mindset;
