Role Summary
eToro US is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Lead to act as the operational hub of a lean marketing team. This role is responsible for turning strategies and ideas into executable plans, coordinating across stakeholders, and ensuring marketing projects and deliverables move from; brief to production to review to launch with a focus on speed and quality.
This is an execution-heavy role in a fast-changing environment. Success is measured by reliable delivery, strong prioritization, and the ability to keep many moving parts connected.
Ideal role for someone who is a highly organized operator, who can manage many moving parts, who gets thrills from delivering a multitude of projects and can implement new things in a tech-first, AI-enabled environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Project & Workflow Ownership:
Break marketing initiatives into clear tasks, timelines, owners, and dependencies
Build and maintain briefs, project plans, and trackers (e.g., Monday.com and related tools)
Drive follow-ups, remove blockers, and ensure end-to-end execution across multiple concurrent projects
Continuously re-prioritize based on business needs and shifting urgency
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between US marketing and internal teams (US and global) to move work forward
Manage intake processes such as forms, requests, approvals, and stakeholder updates
Ensure outputs align with requirements (including compliance and editorial standards)
Content & Execution Support (as needed):
Draft and iterate initial content/assets (often using AI tools such as GPT/Gemini) for stakeholders to review
Coordinate reviews, edits, and finalization so teams have something concrete to react to
Support launch readiness and operational details needed to get work “out the door”
Impact & Measurement Enablement:
Help define how project impact will be tracked and reported (where applicable)
Maintain clarity on what shipped, what’s next, and what results can be attributed to delivered work
What Success Looks Like:
Projects ship consistently and on time despite ambiguity and shifting priorities
Stakeholders are aligned, tasks are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks
The Head of Marketing can focus more on direction/strategy because execution is operationally stabilized
The team gains speed, clarity, and reliability
