Key job responsibilities Program Management of the end‑to‑end sales compensation design cycle. Ensure sales incentive plans are implementable via tools, process, and controls. Collaborate with team members to build cohesive, data‑driven stories to describe sales compensation related problems and proposed solutions. Support sales incentive design for Global sales team(s). Use data and analytics to model various Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) scenarios and make design recommendations. Support sales readiness related to incentive program design, including content strategy and training delivery. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. 2+ Years Experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial analysis and modeling. 4+ Years Experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or equivalent. Base salary range: USA, CA, Culver City – $95,300.00 – $160,000.00 USD annually USA, NY, New York – $104,900.00 – $183,500.00 USD annually USA, WA, Seattle – $95,300.00 – $160,000.00 USD annually Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
