Responsibilities
Complete PLACE Launch and integrate into team systems
Execute consistent lead generation and follow-up activities
Respond to and convert online inquiries (including Zillow Preferred opportunities) into signed clients through timely follow-up and effective communication
Convert conversations into signed buyer and listing agreements
Consult with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
Negotiate offers with confidence and professionalism
Track all client activity within PLACE Technology
Host a minimum of two open houses per month
Participate in weekly coaching, trainings, and script practice
Collaborate with team members and support staff to deliver a strong client experience
Continuously improve skills in communication, conversion, and client service
Qualifications You’ve already taken the first steps in real estate, and you’re ready to build on that foundation.
You Might Be a Strong Fit If You
Have 3+ years of real estate sales experience
Are licensed and actively working in the field
Have experience working with buyers and/or sellers
Experience working with online leads (Zillow, Realtor.com, or similar platforms) and converting inquiries into clients is a plus
Are looking to increase consistency and production

Are open to coaching and refining your approach
Value systems and structure that support growth
Are motivated to build a business, not just close occasional deals
