Responsibilities
Complete PLACE Launch and training program
Execute weekly lead generation activities (calls, texts, database engagement)
Practice and improve scripts through weekly training and role play
Respond to and engage with online inquiries (including Zillow Preferred opportunities) in a timely, professional manner, with the goal of converting conversations into appointments
Consult with buyers and begin converting to signed agreements
Shadow and learn how to consult with sellers and win listings
Track all activities and client interactions in PLACE Technology
Host a minimum of four open houses per month
Convert prospecting efforts into appointments
Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Call
Participate in team meetings and accountability standards
Continuously develop skills in pricing, negotiation, and client communication
Qualifications You don’t need years of experience; but you do need the mindset to build something from the ground up.
You Might Be a Strong Fit If You
