Our Digital Consulting Enablement Team integrates Organizational Change Management (OCM), Project Management, and Business Analysis capabilities.Digital Organizational Change Management Consulting DirectorCLA is currently seeking a Digital Organizational Change Management Consulting Director to join our growing Digital practice.This role leads the people side of large‑scale digital and enterprise transformation initiatives for clients. The Director partners closely with senior client leaders and CLA delivery teams to define change strategies, guide execution, and drive sustainable adoption across process, data, technology, and digital transformation programs.How you’ll create opportunitiesIn this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and engagement leader, ensuring change strategies are practical, measurable, and aligned to business outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Lead client engagements to define and execute change management strategies aligned to strategic objectives, business priorities, and organizational risk across large‑scale process, data, technology, and digital transformations.Assess change scope, complexity, and organizational readiness to determine appropriate change approaches, sequencing, and risk mitigation strategies.Design and oversee client‑specific, employee‑focused change strategies that drive adoption, utilization, and proficiency with new ways of working.Facilitate executive‑ and leadership‑level workshops (e.g., enterprise change prioritization, readiness assessments, leadership alignment) to strengthen sponsorship, accountability, and decision‑making.Oversee development and execution of integrated change plans, including change, communication, and training strategies aligned to program governance and delivery timelines.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts across sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, resistance management, coaching, and reinforcement.Direct the creation and management of change roadmaps, timelines, and plans with a clear focus on sustained behavioral and operational change.Advise and coach client leaders and CLA project teams on best practices for leading change, managing resistance, and sustaining outcomes.Track adoption metrics, change risks, and outcomes; adjust strategies to maximize long‑term value realization and business impact.Provide oversight, guidance, and quality review for work performed by Senior‑ and Associate‑level change practitioners.Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while clearly demonstrating the business impact of change management efforts.REQUIREMENTSExperience7 years of experience working in project management or change management required.EducationBachelor's degree required. (Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.)Certifications / LicensesNone required.
