In this role, you’ll provide leadership for academic programs, ensuring high-quality instruction, relevant curriculum, and strong student outcomes. You’ll teach courses, guide faculty, and collaborate across departments to support recruitment, retention, and career readiness.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage Social and Human Services Technology programs Teach and support high-quality, engaging instruction Develop and enhance curriculum aligned with industry needs Supervise and mentor faculty to promote instructional excellence Build partnerships with advisory committees and community stakeholders Support student success through collaboration with student services Oversee scheduling, program assessment, and continuous improvement efforts What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Social Work, Health and Human Services, or a related field (with 18 graduate hours in a relevant discipline) At least three years of postsecondary teaching experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to student success and workforce development Why Join Us
