
Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound pharmacy-related calls
Assist patients with prescription status, refill scheduling, and delivery coordination
Provide accurate information regarding billing, insurance, and medication shipments
Route calls to appropriate teams (pharmacists, nurses) when required
Maintain detailed and accurate notes in the system
Support medical claims processing and update patient records
Ensure high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
Identify and escalate adverse events or product complaints for patient safety
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least 1+ year of recent call center experience
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Professional phone etiquette and customer-first approach
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Pharmacy or healthcare experience
Knowledge of medical terminology or medical office workflows
Experience handling medical claims
