The client is a fully-integrated multifamily and mixed-use developer that has been building in Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois for nearly 40 years. In this time they have grown their total company revenue to over a billion dollars, while still being able to maintain a close-knit culture in their construction arm. Project Types: Large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects (all owned internally) Project Size: Projects range from ~ $20M-$60M+ Project Location: For this role all local, mainly Milwaukee with occasional greater-Madison projects Project Delivery: Construction Management Job Description
Oversee day-to-day field operations for multifamily construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards. Develop, update, and enforce project schedules, sequencing trades to avoid conflicts and delays. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building plans, specifications, and local building codes. Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe jobsite. Review and manage material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage to prevent shortages or downtime. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve field issues and RFIs promptly. Track progress, document daily reports, and communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders. 5+ years of lead superintendent experience Track record of delivering multifamily and/or mixed-use projects valued at $15M+ Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and regulations Strong scheduling skills OSHA 30 preferred What's on Offer
