Key responsibilities: On-site leadership of day-to-day construction activities Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety compliance, and inspections Oversee quality control throughout all phases of the project Coordinate with project management and ownership groups Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
