As the Traveling Multifamily Superintendent, you will provide leadership on-site and report to a Senior Project Executive. You will ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards are achieved across major multifamily developments. Lead day-to-day site operations for large-scale multifamily projects Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, logistics, and sequencing Ensure adherence to safety standards and site compliance requirements Maintain project documentation and collaborate closely with Project Management Coordinate turnover, punch, close-out, and quality deliverables Support seamless handoff during superintendent transitions Travel and relocate as needed for future projects nationwide MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. For the Traveling Multifamily Superintendent, we are seeking: Experience leading two or more full-cycle ground-up multifamily projects as Superintendent Strong command of scheduling, site logistics, and multifamily building systems Ability to manage subcontractor performance across complex scopes Willingness to travel nationwide after project completion Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities Experience with construction management software and project documentation tools What's on Offer: Competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $170,000 USD.
