Oversee daily construction site operations for self-storage projects. Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project progress and address any challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and provide regular updates. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards are maintained. Travel to various project locations as required.
