Construction PM Superintendent
This is an opportunity to join a medium-sized GC in strategic growth mode. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities from start to completion. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless project execution. Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Address any project-related issues or delays proactively and effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
