Description

Lead daily field operations for ground‑up mixed‑use & multifamily construction

Oversee subcontractors, inspections, quality, safety, and site logistics

Maintain project schedule and coordinate closely with the PM team

Drive field execution from sitework through vertical construction and closeout

Communicate proactively with all project stakeholders

Profile

Experience overseeing ground‑up mixed‑use or multifamily builds

Projects including attached parking garages & ground‑floor retail

Strong employment tenure and track record of project delivery

Ability to manage fast‑paced, complex field operations

Job Offer Salary: $120K-$140K

Long‑term pipeline of major ground‑up projects

Immediate placement on a new 110‑unit multifamily project in Homestead
