is seeking an associate with
3-5 years of real estate law experience
to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa.
Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiating documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
Collaborate with partners and clients, bringing a strong work ethic and professional communication to the engagement.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-approved law school and in good standing as an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice; bar admission timing may align with office hire.
3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions involving properties such as mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.
Experience drafting and negotiating real estate and financing transaction documents, including those listed in Responsibilities.
Strong writing and communication skills; real estate development and joint venture experience is a plus but not required.

Salary and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is
$260,000 - $350,000 . Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, etc.
