Our client is an AmLaw 100 law firm seeking to hire an attorney to join their Real Estate practice group. This position can sit in either Orlando or Tampa. Job Details

$260,000 – $350,000 per year Client:
AmLaw Firm Required Experience:
Commercial real estate and financing transactions involving mixed‑use, office, multi‑family, retail, hotels, resorts, etc. Required Experience:
Drafting and negotiating purchase & sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, property management agreements. Education:
JD from ABA‑approved law school, good standing, active Florida Bar member. Skills:
Strong writing and communication, positive attitude, interpersonal skills, exceptional work ethic. Preferred:
Experience in real estate development and joint venture work. Benefits
