Top AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an
associate with 3-5 years
of
real estate law experience
to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa.
Responsibilities
Provide support in commercial real estate and financing transactions involving properties including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, etc.
Draft and negotiate documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements, among others.
Demonstrate strong writing and communication skills in all deliverables.
Qualifications
3-5 years
of real estate law experience in a law firm setting.
Experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions involving properties such as mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, and resorts.
Experience drafting and negotiating real estate and financing documents as listed above.
Strong writing and communication skills; experience in real estate development and joint venture work is a plus but not required.
JD from an ABA-approved law school; in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice; timely admission to the Bar coinciding with office hire.
