As a
Storage Operations Specialist , you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. Your role will involve various responsibilities that contribute to both our growth and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with potential customers to convert leads into successful sales through diverse channels, including in-person visits, phone calls, and online inquiries. Forge and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Promptly and professionally manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Oversee the auction process for delinquent accounts while complying with all legal and company policies. Utilize market insights to identify customer demographics and competitor pricing strategies. Facilitate the rental agreements, protection plans, and apply applicable discounts to enhance the customer experience. Maintain thorough records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and financial transactions. Ensure precise daily business reconciliation, keeping track of rent payments and collections. Support property initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and sales performance. Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to monitor unit inventory, adherence to brand standards, cleanliness, and security measures. Perform other related duties as directed. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED is required; previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management is preferred. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility for weekend or evening shifts. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities with excellent interpersonal communication. Detail-oriented in unit inventory management, brand standards, and security protocols. Experience in delinquency management, including collections, auctions, and financial reconciliations, while ensuring accuracy. Successful completion of a criminal background check and verification of a Motor Vehicle Record.
