Deputy Head, International Accounts & Strategy

In your role as Deputy Head of International Account Management, you actively support the leadership and development of the account management team and act as a substitute for the Head of Department during their absence. You serve as a key coordination interface between customers, production planning, IT, and procurement, making a significant contribution to the successful execution of customer projects and technical integrations. Your Tasks
Supporting the further development and performance of the account management team Strategic management of existing key accounts with overall responsibility for customer satisfaction Planning and coordinating customer system integrations via API interfaces in close collaboration with Production, Procurement, and IT Managing department-specific and cross-departmental projects Ensuring smooth and efficient process and order handling from data intake through to shipping Analyzing production and performance data to identify optimization opportunities Preparing reports to support strategic decision-making Monitoring costs, KPIs, timelines, and quality standards Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and system structures What makes you stand out
Professional experience in account management within the printing industry In-depth knowledge of production processes from printing through finishing Initial experience in team leadership and team development Analytical, solution-oriented mindset and structured working style Strong to very strong skills in Excel and basic knowledge of working with databases Good to very good written and spoken German and English skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong customer focus, assertiveness, and structured project management capabilities
