Duties
Trade Show and Event Coordination:
Own end-to-end logistics for Sprinturf trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. Manage timelines, coordinate shipping of booths and materials, communicate with vendors, maintain on-site checklists, and lead post-event wrap-ups.
Social Media Content:
Plan, schedule, and publish content for Sprinturf's social channels. Maintain a content calendar, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations to increase reach and engagement.
Print and Promotional Management:
Source and manage production of business cards, brochures, folders, sample boxes, banners, branded giveaways, and other materials. Ensure brand consistency, accurate proofs, high quality, and on-time delivery.
Digital Asset Organization:
Maintain a clean, searchable digital asset library. Keep logos, photos, videos, and templates current, organized, and easy for the team to access.
Shipping and Fulfillment:
Coordinate and ship turf samples and marketing materials to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or a similar role
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Asana, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and deadlines
- Clear, professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Experience with print production and promotional sourcing is preferred

- Social channels reflect Sprinturf's brand voice, with consistent activity and growth in engagement and followers
- Printed materials are accurate, on-brand, and available when needed

- Post-event reports include leads, insights, and actionable recommendations
