Outside Sales Representative (1099)
to help grow our residential division.
About the Opportunity (1099 Structure) This is a
commission-based, independent contractor (1099) role
designed for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives with autonomy and unlimited earning potential.
You’ll operate as an independent contractor, managing your own schedule and pipeline
Compensation is
100% performance-based (commission only)
The most successful exterior remodeling sales professionals in this market earn
$100,000+ annually
(top performers regularly exceed that range)
Compensation details (commission structure, payout timing, etc.) will be discussed during the interview process
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
Assess exterior renovation needs (siding, roofing, windows, etc.)
Educate customers on materials, scope, and solutions
Develop and present project proposals
Follow up consistently to close business
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and jobsite presence
Represent the Mid10 brand professionally in every interaction
Collaborate with project management for smooth handoffs
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales experience (home improvement, construction, roofing, or remodeling preferred)
Confidence running in-home consultations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to self-generate business and stay proactive
Comfortable working in a commission-only environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of accountability
Professional appearance and presence in customers’ homes
