Responsibilities
Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating
community and retail events .
Manage event logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Serve as a point of contact for attendees, answering questions and providing information.
Promote the nonprofit’s mission, encouraging participation and donations.
Distribute promotional materials to raise awareness and engagement.
Track event data, including donations and sales, ensuring accuracy.
Collect attendee feedback to improve future events.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event delivery.
Participate in training sessions to stay informed on nonprofit missions and objectives.
Support a positive, energetic atmosphere at all events.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, friendly, and passionate about supporting charitable causes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience in event coordination, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for event travel.
