Your Responsibilities
Maintain and grow strong business relationships.
Manage corporate accounts before, during, and after their stay.
Keep a regular overview of all current and future bookings.
Review account productivity on a regular basis.
Ensure timely handling of all inbound inquiries (RFPs, calls, emails).
Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies.
Conduct regular competitor checks and market monitoring.
Provide support to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Identify and prioritize core customer segments.
Further develop and refine sales strategies.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales promotions.
Organize and attend client events on a regular basis.
Participate in trainings and continuous learning.
Your Profile
Completed vocational training in upscale/luxury hospitality.
Sales and marketing experience in an events department or in hospitality.
Strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, perseverance, and accuracy.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
High customer and service orientation.
Very good German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
