Your Responsibilities
Handling and qualifying event and group inquiries
Developing and leading the Event Sales team
Supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing
Conducting sales appointments and site inspections
Close collaboration with Event Service & Sales teams
Conducting and monitoring market analysis
Active client acquisition and strong relationship management
Supporting the annual business planning process
Your Profile
Completed education in luxury hospitality or hotel school graduate
First leadership experience in Event Sales
Strong guest and service orientation
Team player with adaptability and a proactive mindset
Excellent German and English skills; additional languages beneficial
