Overview
VP of Sales — Hyperscale & AI Infrastructure Location: The Bay Area of the United States (Hybrid) About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven VP of Sales to lead and scale our U.S. business, with a strong focus on hyperscale cloud providers and AI infrastructure customers. This is a leadership role for someone who not only owns executive relationships with hyperscalers, but can also build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team. You will drive strategic growth across cloud, AI, and data center infrastructure markets. We are not looking for a narrow product specialist — we are looking for a market-facing leader with deep customer access, strong deal ownership, and proven team leadership experience. Key Responsibilities
Own and expand strategic relationships with hyperscalers such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, and leading AI cloud companies Drive revenue growth across AI infrastructure, cloud, and data center segments in North America Build, lead, and scale a high-performing regional sales team Develop and execute sales strategy, including account planning and market penetration Lead complex, high-value enterprise deals from early engagement to closure Navigate multi-layer customer organizations (engineering, procurement, executive stakeholders) Establish ecosystem partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and technology partners Provide market insights and strategic feedback to internal product and leadership teams Ideal Profile
Proven experience in enterprise sales leadership roles Strong existing customer relationships with hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta, or AI cloud providers) Track record of closing large-scale deals in cloud, AI infrastructure, data center, or related sectors Demonstrated success in building and managing sales teams Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and strategic account management Background can come from cloud, data center, networking, AI infrastructure, or adjacent industries Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
