Overview
A progressive, physician-led Nephrology practice in the Arizona Mountains is seeking BE/BC Nephrologists to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity with lucrative earning potential and wonderful work/life balance.
Responsibilities
Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
Outpatient clinic and ER/ICU rounding. Minimal call requirements.
Participate in a nationally recognized private Nephrology practice with over 70 physicians across 40 locations in the Phoenix and Tucson areas.
Serve metropolitan areas as well as the Arizona mountain towns.
Robust administrative and clinical support including NPs, PAs, and a full nursing staff to provide quality care and ensure patient retention.
Physician-led practice allows for your voice to be heard.
Compensation & Benefits In addition to a competitive base salary with production bonus, the group offers a partnership track which includes dialysis ownership and additional income and investment opportunities.
Current partners are making over $850,000 per year.
Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, $2,000 CME stipend, and 401k with 3% match.

Nature lover's dream destination with outdoor recreation around the Verde River, red rock landscapes, and nearby national forests.
Access to historic Old Town district with shops, galleries, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and local festivals.
