Overview Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness is looking for an Account Manager to join

Responsibilities Clients are our business.

As an

Account Manager , you’ll own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of healthcare accounts—helping deliver innovative, effective ideas and ensuring the accurate, timely delivery of creative work that drives commercial success for both client and agency.

Account leadership:

Partner with a Project Manager to deliver work on time, on budget and on scope; lead client meetings; own client deliverables; contribute to tactical planning and the creative process aligned to strategy.

Growth mindset:

Spot opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and proactively add value.

Project & resourcing:

Understand resource planning and collaborate on resourcing requirements.

Commercial & finance:

Agree budgets/scope/timelines; oversee POs/ITIs/invoicing/SOW reconciliation; manage fee + OOP trackers; keep billing on track via timely timesheets.

Relationships:

Own day-to-day client relationships; manage stakeholders at all levels; anticipate risk and elevate appropriately.

Ways of working:

Follow agency processes and help drive continuous improvement.

Leadership:

Mentor/line-manage Account Executives (where appropriate) and lead virtual teams to deliver.

Data & GDPR:

Understand GDPR, flag risks early, and ensure data policies are reflected in SOW/contract.

Comms:

Clear, confident communicator—comfortable with constructive challenge and owning project update meeting.

healthcare advertising

and within an

agency environment

Experience delivering

change management

programmes

Strong

relationship + stakeholder management

across geographies and organisational levels

Confident across the

full project lifecycle

with strong

commercial & budget management

Ability to identify

growth opportunities

and

continuous improvement

through evidence-backed decisions

Excellent knowledge of

marketing principles & integrated communications
