We’re looking for an Internal Sales Representative (m/f/x) to cover a parental leave position and support our sales team. You’ll assist field sales colleagues and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments. Responsibilities
Support for our Area Sales Managers (m/f/x) Point of contact for new and existing customers Preparing quotes and orders in collaboration with specialized departments Internal communication and coordination with departments such as Production or Purchasing Documenting and forwarding customer service orders Qualifications
Successfully completed commercial training as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/x) or similar qualifications Professional experience in internal sales, customer service, or as a project assistant in sales (m/f/x) desirable Very good written and spoken German and English skills Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or SAP desirable Benefits
