Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction sales
Knowledge of flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC)
Proven track record of closing commercial projects
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage relationships with property managers, building owners, and general contractors
Self-motivated and able to work independently
