Role Description This is a full-time, Builder Sales role located in Acworth, GA . As a Builder Sales Representative, you will work closely with clients in the building industry to provide roofing and exterior solutions tailored to their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include Canvassing leads, managing client accounts, delivering outstanding customer service, and effectively presenting NexGen’s products and services. You will also collaborate with builders to develop strong partnerships, enhance sales strategies, and meet performance goals.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, particularly in Construction/Roofing/Claims or other related industries
Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management with a focus on client satisfaction and collaboration
Knowledge of Building Materials and Roofing Industry practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proactive attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with roofing products and services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Compensation is based upon experience. [120k-250k]
Un-capped Commission Structure with Company vehicle/Allowance.
