This is a temporary position with an expected duration of approximately 4 to 6 weeks. AgroLiquid is looking to hire a Seasonal Customer Order Partner who will support and actively engage in company growth, goals and objectives as it relates to assisting the Sales Team through responsibilities that support the Accounting and Distribution Teams with processing customer orders, new customers, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Process sales orders directly into ERP system {1} Monitor Prepayments and contact Prepay customers as necessary to arrange payment prior to delivery {2} Make edits, corrections and update orders in ERP System {3} Enter new & edit business partner records in ERP system {4} Save orders into electronic files, as needed. Attach documents to orders directly in ERP system as necessary {5} Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment Follow all safety policies, procedures and protocols at all times. Other duties as deemed necessary by management What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma Experience in Data entry with attention to detail Great attitude and Impressive telephone etiquette Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including spelling and grammar) Ability to deliver superior customer service (externally and internally) Superior time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills Ability to prioritize projects, work within time constraints, and meet deadlines Willingness to work flexible hours based upon seasonal demand (including weekends) Proficient computer skills (inc. Microsoft Office and SageX3 a plus) Ability to stand; sit; lift; squat; stoop and/or move up to 25 pounds Our company culture
