Go-to-Market (GTM) Associate

SRE.ai, San Francisco, CA, United States

Overview We’re hiring a Go-to-Market (GTM) Associate to help us build and improve our outbound engine. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career — including exceptional new grads — who wants to learn quickly, work closely with GTM leadership, and help build a modern go-to-market motion from the ground up. You’ll support experiments across targeting, messaging, campaigns, and follow-up, while helping turn what works into repeatable systems. You’ll work directly with our Growth/GTM Lead and help translate GTM hypotheses into campaigns, conversations, and learnings.

What You’ll Do

Build target account and lead lists using tools like Apollo

Support outbound experiments across segments, messaging angles, and GTM hypotheses

Help identify and operationalize signal-based outbound opportunities

Write, refine, and test outbound messaging across email and LinkedIn, often using AI tools to improve speed and quality

Set up and launch campaigns using tools like Instantly

Monitor inboxes and campaign replies, follow up consistently, and respond on behalf of the team when appropriate

Qualify interest, handle straightforward objections, and book meetings with the right people on our team

Track outcomes across experiments and campaigns, surface learnings, and help improve performance over time

Maintain strong hygiene across GTM systems and workflows

Help identify opportunities to automate repetitive work using AI and other tooling as we scale

What We’re Looking For

Early-career candidate, including exceptional new grads

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational habits

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguity

Interested in outbound, growth, and go-to-market execution

Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly

Excited to use AI in day-to-day work

Persistent, resourceful, and focused on outcomes

Able to work with meaningful overlap during Pacific Time business hours

Nice to have

Exposure to outbound sales, growth, lead generation, recruiting, or other execution-heavy work

Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn, and CRM systems

Experience writing or refining prospecting copy

Experience tracking performance metrics and learning from experiments

What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, success means helping us establish a repeatable outbound execution cadence. That includes supporting a steady weekly flow of experiments, reliably shipping campaigns, closing the loop on learnings, and ramping toward consistent meeting generation.

Location Remote in the United States. We have a strong preference for candidates based in or near the San Francisco Bay Area.

Compensation Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based variable compensation tied to outcomes.
