Role Description This full-time hybrid role as a Bilingual Compliance Specialist is based in Jacksonville, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing regulatory and legal compliance, monitoring and maintaining adherence to housing regulations, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The Bilingual Compliance Specialist will collaborate with property management teams, provide compliance-related guidance and training, and assist in handling audits and regulatory reviews.
Qualifications
Expertise in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving compliance issues efficiently
Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English and Spanish
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficient in using compliance management systems and relevant software tools
Experience in property management or multifamily housing is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Law, or Public Administration
Familiarity with federal and state fair housing laws and regulations is highly desirable
