Job Summary:
As a Business Manager in Amoy Diagnostics, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various business functions to drive the company's success, focusing primarily on the DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and neighbouring countries as required. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, research and development, regulatory affairs, and finance, to achieve the company's strategic goals and objectives. The Business Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and ensuring that it remains compliant with industry regulations. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and industry-specific knowledge to succeed in a highly competitive and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full ownership of the assigned territory
Represent AmoyDx with molecular diagnostics solutions in diagnostic laboratories
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, local reimbursement and clinical gudielines
Develop/Update sales plan for the assigned territory together with European management
Visit and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the field of molecular biology, pathology, oncology • Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns
Participate actively in industry exhibitions of relevant congresses
Prepare regular reports and presentations for the assigned territory
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Germany and English
Based in Cologne/Duesseldorf or another major city in Germany
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in biology, oncology diagnostics, or a related field. A master's degree is strongly preferred.
Strong molecular biology knowledge including Next Generation Sequencing
At least 3+ years of sales-related experience in oncology diagnostics industry roles
Excellent knowledge of the German precision medicine market
Extensive experience with consultative sales approach
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in software, including CRM usage and Microsoft Office
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry
Willingness to travel
