Marketing Manager II
who will support senior marketing leaders through strong operational execution, planning support, and business rhythm management. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working as an individual contributor in a fast paced environment. You will help keep key marketing operations running smoothly by managing budgets, tracking headcount, supporting planning cycles, and preparing leaders for important business reviews and cross functional cadences. What you’ll do Maintain and update budget forecasting tools to ensure accuracy and visibility Manage headcount tracking and support workforce planning efforts Help prepare leaders for recurring business cadences and cross functional business reviews Drive timelines and deliverables during annual and cross annual planning cycles Serve as a key operational partner to senior marketing leaders Triage requests and connect teams with the right resources, global functions, or self service tools Coordinate internal and external rhythm of business activities Support ad hoc strategic needs such as evaluating investments and helping with organizational planning Top must haves Experience with
resource management , including maintaining accurate
budget forecasting tools Experience with
headcount tracking
and keeping planning tools current Experience supporting
rhythm of business , including preparing leaders for business cadences and cross business reviews Ability to manage timelines and drive deliverables across
