Support leadership in achieving strategic targets for improved business processes and customer experience Evaluate business processes and data to identify areas for improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodology Develop and execute a yearly project roadmap aligned with the overall business direction Lead the global deployment of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects Foster relationships with internal teams to understand market needs and challenges Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years of relevant working experience Native or advanced level proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus Lean Six Sigma black belt certification strongly preferred Strong financial acumen Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent process improvement and modeling skills Preferred Qualifications
