Evaluate business processes and data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings using Lean Six Sigma methodology Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure compliance and implement improvements at a global scale Develop a yearly project roadmap aligned with overall business direction based on improvement proposals Lead the global deployment of agreed Continuous Improvement (CI) projects Support senior leadership in assessing the impact of organizational changes on existing business processes What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years of relevant working experience Native English speaker or advanced proficiency; Spanish is a plus Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred Strong financial acumen Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent process improvement skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
