Job jumpers no need to apply. The Sales Representative sells all vehicle products offered by Riverview International Trucks, LLC. This position involves making inside and outside sales calls, developing and managing customer relationships, placing truck orders, selling new and used stock trucks, working with International factory personnel, and coordinating with personnel in all departments of the dealership. Responsibilities
Prospecting & Business Development - Identify and qualify potential customers, analyze fleet needs, and actively build a strong sales pipeline through calls, visits, and targeted outreach. Product & Solution Expertise - Demonstrate strong understanding of International truck products, configurations, and related services; align vehicle specifications, financing, and lifecycle value to customer applications. Customer Development - Engage in consultative selling, uncover business and financial needs, and build long-term relationships that ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Proposal & Closing Skills - Create tailored proposals, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, address objections, and finalize deals with accuracy and professionalism. Follow-Up & Reporting - Conduct post-sale follow-up, pipeline management, and accurate reporting to support growth and continuous improvement. Dealership Culture & Professionalism - Uphold integrity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning; foster a respectful, high-performance environment while representing the brand positively. Teaching for Differentiation - Apply methods to identify the right solution for the customer and clearly communicate value in terms of money and/or time. Value Selling - Apply methods to identify the right solution and explain its value in money and/or time. Adaptability - Work effectively in changing or ambiguous situations with diverse individuals and groups. Qualifications
Minimum Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or established outside sales experience Desired Job Qualifications Sales experience in the transportation industry Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Strong organization and communication skills Job Requirements
Comfort with cold calling, in person visits, and account cultivation Ability to think critically and provide solutions to complex problems Be a self-starter with the ability to manage both short-term and long-term schedules and work remotely Ability to effectively communicate with all aspects of the dealership and International factory personnel Ability to produce reports as required Understand commercial truck regulations Reports to Truck Sales Manager Ability to obtain a commercial driver license About Us

This position is responsible for promoting and selling International products (truck and/or IC Bus), both new and pre-owned, along with associated services tailored to meet the operational and financial needs of a diverse customer base—including owner-operators, small businesses, and large commercial fleets.
