Job Description Develops creative concepts and executes design solutions that align with the organization’s strategic positioning and brand standards. Supports the establishment of creative designs that meet business goals, objectives, and strategies. Participates in brainstorming sessions, conceptualization, and functional design execution. Stays current with design trends and emerging technologies to inform creative direction. Conducts creative reviews for branding development, addressing issues and applications. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution. Serves as a mentor to junior-level visual designers, providing guidance and support. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicates effectively with team members, leadership, internal and external customers. Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, recommending changes as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Design Sense – Solid aesthetic awareness and intuitive understanding of design principles, including strong design and user experience skills. (Required)
Presentation Proficiency – Able to provide polished presentations demonstrating alignment of creative approach and strategic requirements. (Required)
Understanding of Consumer Experience – Familiar with the consumer experience and understand what drives a consumer action, with a natural disposition towards customer service and relationship management. (Required)
Knowledge of Marketing/Design Trends – Must be adept at determining if marketing campaigns will be successful, so they should have in-depth knowledge of current trends, including proficiency and understanding of digital media trends and technology tools. (Required)
Time & Project Management - Able to manage their time efficiently with experience and capacity to handle multiple projects at once. (Required)
Creativity and Authenticity – Be creative and authentic in their beliefs and work. Responsible for the company image – consumers should be able to see that authenticity. (Required)
Relationship Minded – Values interpersonal relationships, and utilizes them to galvanize people and processes in a way that advances Marketing strategies. (Required)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), flexibility, and adaptability to change. (Required)
