Overview
Deal Desk Analyst
- Remote (EST). Daley and Associates is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst with a client who is an innovative technology organization focused on delivering software solutions that help professionals manage client relationships, improve operational workflows, and enhance team collaboration. This Deal Desk Analyst will help drive accuracy and efficiency across revenue operations. You will ensure that sales deals are properly structured, compliant with internal policies, and executed seamlessly. You’ll support both high-volume transactions and more complex, high-impact deals. This position works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to maintain strong processes, reliable systems, and consistent deal execution. This is a 100% remote role, but located in the EST time zone.
The salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$95,000.00 Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure deals comply with pricing, contract, and billing policies Develop, manage, and enhance quoting and contracting processes for new sales, renewals, and account growth Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency for opportunity and account data within CRM platforms Oversee data integrity across revenue-related systems, ensuring alignment of bookings, renewals, and billing information Serve as the main point of contact for deal-related inquiries, including exceptions and escalations Contribute to special projects and handle ad-hoc requests that support deal flow and revenue operations Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar function Working knowledge of CRM systems and quoting tools (CPQ experience is a plus) Familiarity with subscription-based billing platforms is preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and process adherence Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with multiple teams Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity Comfortable balancing routine responsibilities with urgent or unexpected tasks For immediate consideration, please send your resume to Ryan at Rhult@daleyaa.com
