Key Responsibilities
Research fashion trends, materials, and consumer preferences to inform design direction
Design seasonal apparel collections including jerseys, cut-and-sew garments, and accessories
Build detailed tech packs with specifications, measurements, and construction details for production and factory communication
Oversee sample development and revisions to ensure quality and fit
Support limited drops, capsule collections, and special collaborations
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in streetwear or lifestyle brands
Background in esports is a plus but not required
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic and cut-and-sew design
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design workflows
Deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit
Strong organizational and communication skills with a self-starter and creative problem-solving mindset
Proficiency or familiarity with Shopify online ecommerce platform and different inventory management tools

Effective verbal and written skills. Occasional lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 15 pounds and movement around the office space.
