Product Marketing Associate

The Product Marketing Associate will lead the go-to-market strategy for our apparel collections for our eCommerce and wholesale channels. This role bridges the gap between Product Design/Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring that our products resonate with target audiences to drive growth. They will create franchise platform naming, compelling product stories, and curate campaigns that bring our brands to life to drive consistency and consumer awareness. Responsibilities Product Storytelling & Content Development Translate product features into compelling consumer benefits and brand narratives Brief creative teams on key messaging, seasonal campaigns, and content needs (photoshoots, enhanced content, product copy, etc.) Partner with Design, Sales, and Site Merchandising teams to ensure consistent messaging and product storytelling across channels Collaborate with creative, digital, and sales teams to deliver unique marketing content across all channels Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market Build and execute consumer-facing and wholesale sell-in go-to-market plans for seasonal and core product drops across performance and lifestyle categories Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Sales, Graphic Design, and Site Merchandising teams to inform product roadmap with customer-first thinking Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, and Design teams to align on product direction, features, and franchises Communicate with legal team and licensors for asset clearance and approval Qualifications 2+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or merchandising, ideally in the fashion or apparel industry Experience with Microsoft Office products Experience with Salsify, Syndigo, or other content syndication platforms is a plus Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus Excellent communication, product storytelling, and project management skills Motivated self-starter, creative solution oriented, organized, process-driven, with high attention to detail Annual salary range starting at $75,000+ The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
