Customer Service Representative
Captain Andy's Sailing is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable individual to join our Customer Service team in Port Allen. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping create memorable experiences that reflect our Star Class Standards. This is a temporary, full-time position. Responsibilities: Warmly welcome arriving passengers, guests, and visitors Assist with passenger check-ins and tour reservations Answer phones, emails, and guest questions promptly and professionally Support retail store operations, including sales and cash handling Provide light hostess duties (refreshments, tidying) Assist with daily retail tasks and light housekeeping Collaborate with and support your teammates Report on time for scheduled shifts (6:00 or 6:30 AM) Qualifications: 2+ years of hospitality, reservations, guest reception, retail sales, or customer service experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Gmail, Reservation System, etc) Point-of-sale and cash-handling experience Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and valid driver's license Available full-time (up to 40 hrs/week), including weekends and holidays Captain Andy's is a Kama'aina company, rooted in community and pride in everything we do.
