Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Representative based in Murrieta, CA. The role involves delivering top-tier customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing various customer interactions, providing accurate information, handling complaints effectively, and supporting customers throughout the service process to ensure a positive experience. Schedule and manage customer appointments, walk customers through our showroom and answer questions, process quotes and orders with accuracy and attention to detail, follow up on previous quotes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
Experience in Customer Support and maintaining positive relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using standard computer software and customer management systems
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
Previous experience in a similar role or in the glazing industry is a plus
